Take the trip offline.
Use the desktop site at home, then carry a saved copy on your iPhone.
Your trip, saved on your phone.
The itinerary and all three guide pages can be cached locally as a Home Screen web app. Once installed and checked in airplane mode, your PC can be switched off. External maps and business websites are not downloaded.
On your PC
- Double-click Start-Trip-Website.cmd in the downloaded folder.
- Open http://localhost:8080 in your browser. The wide-screen layout appears automatically.
- All content is also readable by opening index.html directly. Offline app installation needs an HTTP/HTTPS server.
Install on iPhone, then use offline
A secure HTTPS address is required for iPhone offline caching. An ordinary home-Wi-Fi address such as http://192.168.…:8080 can show the site while the PC is on, but cannot install its offline worker.
- For a private initial transfer, install Tailscale on your PC and iPhone and sign in to the same account. This step has not been performed for you.
- With the trip server running, open PowerShell on the PC and run
tailscale serve --bg http://localhost:8080. Follow the supplied setup link if HTTPS needs enabling. Use the HTTPS address the command prints. This shares within your private Tailscale network. - Connect Tailscale on the iPhone, open that HTTPS address in Safari, then tap Share → Add to Home Screen. Enable Open as Web App if shown, and tap Add.
- Launch the new Home Screen icon while still online. Open this page and tap Save / refresh all trip pages. Wait for the success message.
- Turn on airplane mode, turn Wi-Fi off, close and relaunch the icon, and open Trip, Diesel, Food & shops, and Little explorers. Verify all four pages before leaving home.
- You can now stop the PC server. Keep the app and its website data on your phone. Clearing website data, deleting the app or device storage cleanup can remove the saved copy; re-download if that happens.
To update later: reconnect to the same HTTPS address with your PC server running and tap Save / refresh again. A separate secure website could also supply the initial download, but this site has not been publicly published.

Portable reading copy
Download the complete single-file trip guide
This self-contained HTML file includes every list and the itinerary, with no external styling or scripts. It opens locally in a PC browser. iPhone Files may show it as a document preview and may limit link behavior; the Home Screen installation above is the full mobile website.
For a reliable iPhone document backup, open the reading copy on your PC and use Print → Save as PDF, then save that PDF in Files on your iPhone. Its text remains offline; links need connectivity.
